Privilege protection
Privileged documents are kept out of Sage at the data layer.
Flag a document as privileged and Sage cannot see it. The filter sits in the database query, so it applies before the assistant retrieves anything. Text is read from a document when it is uploaded, so flag privileged files at upload. Each firm’s data lives in its own isolated schema.
Enforced in the query
Privilege-flagged documents are filtered out before Sage retrieves anything from the case, so they do not exist to it.
Schema-per-tenant
Every firm gets a dedicated database schema. Your client data never touches another firm’s.
